Accreditation of Postgraduate Courses in Psychology
Introduction
Following applications for accreditation made to the Psychological Society of Ireland and the acceptance of the accreditation panel's recommendations, the post-graduate courses listed below have been accredited by the Council of PSI. The period of accreditation for each course expires on the date indicated below.
A revised version of the courses accredited will be issued from time to time. At any time, other courses are under consideration by accreditation panels who make recommendations to Council. All final decisions on accreditation are made by Council. The Society currently accredits postgraduate courses in Clinical, Counselling, Educational and Work and Organisational Psychology at post-graduate professional level. The Society has also developed accreditation criteria for postgraduate courses in Health, Forensic and Work and Organisational Psychology.
